Use of Service

By accessing or placing an order through our digital ordering system (via QR Code or NFC), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Orders & Payments

• All orders must be placed through our official ordering platform.
• Payments are processed securely through our payment partner PhonePe.
• Orders are prepared only after successful payment confirmation.

Pickup & Delivery

All food and beverages must be collected from the canteen counter. Orders will be delivered within 1 business day. We do not provide Home/Hostel delivery services.

Refunds & Cancellations

Once an order is placed and payment is completed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

Liability

P.E.S. Canteen is not responsible for any issues arising due to incorrect order details entered by the customer.
