Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made at P.E.S. Canteen.

No Return or Refund

As food and beverages are prepared fresh to order, we do not allow cancellations, returns, or refunds once the order has been placed and payment has been confirmed.

Replacement Policy

• If your order is found to be incorrect, mismatched, or incomplete due to a valid reason, a replacement will be prepared and delivered within 15–20 minutes. Customers are requested to report any issues to the staff immediately at the time of service for prompt assistance.

Refund Policy

• In cases where a refund is applicable (such as a payment being deducted but the order not generated due to a technical error), the verified refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days.
